Trade the stress of everyday life for the complete relaxation and gorgeous beaches when you choose
our beautiful condo on St Simons Island.
Beautifully renovated and newly decorated, our condo offers guests private accommodations with on-
site amenities including 2 community pools (one which is heated), tennis/pickle/basketball courts, club
house fitness center and children’s playground. Our unit is nestled in the back of the desired Ocean
Walk complex, a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a stocked
fishing pond.
The condo features vinyl planking/tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard
appliances and fully stocked with everything one may need to prepare meals for the duration of their
stay if they choose. Open floor plan with a dining room off kitchen all overlooking the living room.
Comfortable sofa (with queen sleeper), a large 55” HD Smart TV (WI-FI and cable) and wonderful deck
with plenty of light and seating to enjoy reading time or morning coffee. The primary bedroom suite
offers a king bed with walk-in closet and TV (WI-FI and cable) and bathroom with tiled tub/shower and
washer/dryer combo.
Take our 2 bikes for a spin down to the beach or around our beautiful island. Unit comes equipped with
everything the family would need (beach chairs, wagon, pack n play, highchair, toys, cooler and beach
towels).
Best of ALL is the great restaurants, pubs, shopping, and the Pier Village within walking distance!

We truly enjoyed our time in St. Simon’s. The property was very clean and comfortable. Having bikes available was wonderful and so helpful to get into the Pier Village. We appreciate being able to bring our fur-babies with us. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I visited St. Simons Island to attend a wedding and we were so pleased with our luck in finding this condo!The location was ideal for walking places to eat, shop, and to go to the pier/beach. We also borrowed the provided bicycles and rode around as well. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, and I feel the owners appointed it perfectly! Also, we were very happy to see that there had been a washer/dryer combo added!

Great place!! Secluded part of the community so very nice. Directions were clear. Bikes were great to use throughout the week. The bed was very comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. Bikeable to pier and beach! Definitely recommend.

Vacation rental perfection!! We came in town for a wedding and decided to add an extra day to enjoy SSI. This place had all the essentials (location, convenience, pool, family & dog friendly) PLUS extra things available that we didn’t even know we needed! Perfect for our small family and we will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Nicely decorated and clean condo located in a nice dog friendly community. Heated outdoor pool and pickle ball courts. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the downtown area and the beach. The place included new bikes that we used several times. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in the Ocean Walk condo this weekend and would recommend it. The unit was very clean—brand new furniture?—in a quiet complex, and exactly as pictured in the listing photos. The mattress was a miracle, and the bedroom was a little oasis after beach days.
